Delivery and Returns


Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided in your online order form. Footprints Shoe Boutique Ltd cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

Online Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the product/s to us in their original condition within 10 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us. 

Please note:  if your order has a fault Footprints Shoe Boutique Ltd.  have got to be notified within 3 days – Any faulty item that goes over this period of time  will not be accepted

Items on sale are non refundable or exchangeable

Please note:

You have 10 working days from receipt of the item to return it to us.

The product/s is your responsibility until it reaches us. It must be returned to our contact address and in its original packaging. We recommend for your protection, that you send the parcel using a delivery service that entitles you for the value of the goods.

The return cost of your product/s to us is your responsibility unless the product/s is faulty or an incorrect order, please email us - [email protected]

We will process your return within 14 days of receiving your parcel.


Please allow 28 working days for a refund to show on your bank statement.

Before you return your order, please ensure the following:

  • Please ensure you complete the returns form with your order 
  • We recommend you send your parcel (via registered post or delivery service that entitles you for the value of the goods)
